Alp Haydar returns to the RVT on November 16 with Alp Haydar’s Sharia Law (remastered).

I asked Alp how this new show differs from the ones he has done before. I also asked him to tell me one thing about it that would make someone come along.

Having (SPOILERS) died at the very end of his last show, in this new adventure, Alp looks back on the life of his fundamentalist mother, Sharia Law, and asks ‘Was she always so anti-fudge packing?’. An exciting socio-political sci-fi prequel. Think, if Salman Rusdie had owned a DeLorean.

Through the magic of the projector screen, Alp Haydar performs all the parts in a show that is riotously funny, engagingly shocking, and deeply moving. This is satire as it should be, with no holds barred.
